Cancellation Policy
We realize that sometimes even the most airtight plans can change, and we will do our best to be flexible if you should have to cancel your reservation unexpectedly. We will always work with you on rescheduling your reservation, and will be happy to transfer your deposit in full to hold your place at another retreat.
From our perspective, it can be difficult to fill slots that open up close to the retreat dates, since most participants need lead-time in which to make arrangements for their children, work, and other responsibilities. Since we're still obligated to the arrangements we've made for you, even if you can't attend, we've made the following provisions in our cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the retreat, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 registration cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs.

If you cancel 30 to 60 days before scheduled arrival, we will refund 75% of your deposit.

If you cancel fewer than 30 days from the retreat date, we will refund 50% of your deposit if someone else takes your place and the number of participants in your scheduled retreat remains at least the same as if you had been able to attend.

If you are unable to attend the retreat in which you originally registered, you may reapply your entire deposit to hold a place in a subsequent retreat. This policy is intended to support you in keeping your commitments, and is not intended as a penalty.
